Stillwater Equity Partners Invest In New Century Realtors Limited

Stillwater Equity Partners Limited (SEPL), a Pan-African Private Equity and Investment firm in Ghana has announced a new investment into a Real Estate Brokerage Company called New Century Realtors Limited. This investment marks a significant move to take advantage of the real estate brokerage sector in Ghana which is currently characterized by charlatans and unprofessionals.

Chief Executive of Stillwater Equity Partners, Mr. Michael Ayirebi, confirmed that the company is investing a total of USD$ 0.3 million to consolidate the operations of New Century Realtors. Explaining the reason for his interest in the company, he said that it is one of the industries that requires a massive disruption due to the low professional standards and the poor customer service experience Ghanaians have had to endure over the years.

"We see this as a challenge which will be won by setting very high standards and giving customers superior experiences," he added.

SEPL, in addition to providing the funds, will also support with strategic, technical and operational expertise. The young Chief Executive believes that the huge gap that has been left in the brokerage industry will be tapered as New Century Realtors takes up the challenge to offer full service commercial real estate brokerage services with a focus on retail, investment sales and leasing.

New Century Realtors’ professionals are leaders in the industry with a proven track record who offer market knowledge and first-class service that continuously exceeds client expectations.

Mr. Kofi Debrah, the Managing Partner for New Century Realtors Limited expressed his appreciation to SEPL for the partnership and assured that the company is now poised to add value to under-utilized real estate through repositioning of investments that span the entire spectrum of real estate sectors, including residential development, commercial offices, retail malls, serviced apartments, and hotels.

One of the key projects it is linked to is the brokerage of a housing project that seeks to sell about 1000 units in collaboration with Osamanpa Estates Developers Limited and HFC Bank Limited as project partners.
