NDC Vetting Grounds Turned Into A Carnival

The Eastern Regional Office of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) was turned into a carnival grounds as candidates of the party who have filed their nominations to contest the parliamentary primaries arrived for vetting .

Many of the candidates arrived at the party office with their supporters and various drumming groups.

According to the Regional Secretary of the party, Mr Martk Oliver Kervoh the 81 candidates including nine women would be facing a 12- member vetting panel.

The vetting panel is made up of seven members from the national secretariat of the party led by Mr Kofi Adams and five members from the regional secretariat.

The vetting panel would be sitting for two days.
