Afoko Can Go To Court, But...... John Boadu

National Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), John Boadu says the National Chairman of the party, Paul Afoko can go to court ‘if he wants’.

Reports available indicates that National Chairman of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) Paul Awentami Afoko is heading to court to quash a decision by the National Executive Committee (NEC) to suspend him indefinitely.

Speaking to Kwami Sefa Kayi in an interview, John Boadu says the party structures allow members to go to court if they are not happy with the internal way of handling issues and so “he is free to go”

The National Organiser also alluded that since the National Chairman of the party, Paul Afoko has been suspended, the tension in the party will stop.

“Never has there been in the history of this country that memos keep popping up here and there…and so I believe going forward things will be ok and the tension in the party will come down…it seems to me a lot of people are happy with the decision and they feel going forward there will be sanity in what we do…”
