UniBank, the official Bank of the Bank Stars, has urged the team to approach the game against Comoro Islands with the needed seriousness since it commences the journey to the 2018 Federation of International Football Association (FIFA), World Cup in Russia.
"This is your match and we expect you to attach a lot of serious to it as any form of complacency could mar the journey to Russia." A statement from the bank noted.
"For three consecutive and successive times, you have made the nation proud by participating in the World Cup - the world's highest football tournament, thus putting Ghana on the high pedestal.
"We have absolute trust in you to overcome this first hurdle to make the return match a mere formality." The statement added.
The Black Stars will on Friday play Comoro Island in the first leg of the 2018 World Cup qualifier with the return leg scheduled for the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Kumasi on November 17.
