NPP Will Get 80 Percent In The North Then PNC And CPP Will Share The Rest - Bugri Naabu

It has never been accurate for any political pollster to predict right the exact percentage strike any political party will get in any region during elections except presumptions, but the Northern Regional Chairman of the NPP, Daniel Bugri Naabu has been definite with his prediction.

According to the NPP Northern Regional Chair, the percentage strike of his party will be 80 while the remaining 20 percent will be shared between the People’s National Convention (PNC) and Convention People’s Party (CPP) with the ruling NDC going home with nothing.

Speaking on Okay Fm’s 'Ade Akye Abia' Morning Show, Bugri Naabu explained his reason for the NDC scoring zero percent in the Northern Region to be the unprecedented poor performance of President Mahama who happens to be a tribesman in the region.

“80 percent of votes will go to the NPP in the Northern region because every achievement in the Northern Region was largely done by NPP. Even with the remaining percentage, NDC will go home with nothing but PNC and CPP will perform better in the 2016 elections than the NDC,” he predicted.

He however stressed that “the NDC is getting nothing because everybody in the Northern region has seen that President Mahama and his NDC are thieves; they steal, loot and share our money among themselves”.

President John Dramani Mahama is reported to have told a gathering of NDC supporters in the Northern Region as part of his campaign tour last Saturday that Northerners must vote for him because he is one of them.

But the NPP Northern Regional Chairman, Bugri Naabu on hearing President Mahama quizzed “now that he is President after the death of Atta Mills, what has he done for northerners”; reiterating that northerners have suffered under his government than any other government”.

“…he hasn’t done anything for the northerners apart from bringing disgrace to us with his thievery administration,” he remarked.
