We Won't Protect Any Member...Enough Is Enough - Ursula Owusu Warns NPP

Managing Editor of the Insight newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr. has condemned the recent ransacking of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) headquarters.

Contributing to Peace FM's 'Kokrokoo', Kwesi Pratt stressed that it was a 'reckless and useless' act by the perpetrators who stormed the party headquarters.

According to him, such activity does not augur well for the NPP and so wondered what the perpetrators sought to achieve by engaging in such bizarre exercise.

“What benefits will they derive from this bizarre, reckless, useless exercise? I don’t see how they can profit from it."

Also addressing the issue, the NPP Member of the Parliament, Ursula Owusu warned any member who has ulterior motives against the party to desist from their inactions.

She admonished the party members to support the NPP.

“We won’t shield anyone. We won’t protect anyone…We won’t tolerate nonsense. Enough is enough. We have work to do and we need people who will put their arms to the wheel, and work for the party. Not people who will distract us and waste our time," she stated.
