RE: WARNING!!! NLA Cautions Public Not To Transact Business With The Following Persons

We refer to NLA's circulation of a disclaimer titled "WARNING!!! NLA Cautions Public Not To Transact Business With The Following Persons" about us on Tuesday 24/11/2015 and
Wednesday 25/11/2015 at peacefmonline.com, UTV, GTV and Daily Guide.

Whilst we acknowledge our nonengagement with NLA since may 2014; we categorically refuse to accept the fairness of our summary dismissal from NLA. We would want to challenge NLA management that the courage they have put up to inform the general public of our ceasation of employment with NLA and further cautioning of the public against us after almost two years of our summary dismissal; they should hold same courage to let the whole world know what we have done.

We however want to set the record straight to the world. We were NLA Welfare association
executives, a non-nla appointed positions but staff consensually built and elected positions to
facilitate measures to boost the well-being of staff. From the beginning of our mandate, we had
taken strategic steps to make life comfortable for members including.

What caused the WICKED treatment meted out to us by NLA management led by Brig. General
Martin Ahiaglo the Director General in the early days of his appointment (barely 3 months) is our
clean hearted plan to facilitate a post retirement housing project for staff to avoid a sorrowful exit
out of company residence after retirement.

We the executives initiated a land acquisition project for members of which many expressed interest, leading to the procurement of a 75 acres piece of land from the Abola Piam family of Accra.

Prior to this, we had discussed the matter with the then Director General of NLA (Mr. Kojo Andah) who wholeheartedly appreciated our initiative and gave us his blessing and supported us with introductory letters to secure a loan facility from NDK financial services for upfront payment of the land. Monthly payment deductions were made from members’ salary through NLA payroll system which is under the absolute control of NLA management towards the repayment of the loan facility. In the course of registering the land, we discovered a hitch and quickly requested for a replacement which the chiefs wholeheartedly complied and met management on same.

All of a sudden we were hit by an alleged fraud as far as the land transaction was concerned, culminating to seeming malicious conspiracy against us. In fulfillment of this management organised a durbar to force staff to rescind their interest in the land after two years of subscription.

Management went further to stop the deductions for the loan repayment to NDK financial services
contrary to their letter of undertaking to NDK financial services and abrogated all activities of the
welfare association. They alleged that we have committed criminal offence on the premise of defrauding staff on the pretext of buying a land for them. They further called us on the 07/05/2014 and handed to us summary dismissal letters dated 06/05/2014. On that same 07/05/2014, they called for a fully armed police men into the NLA office and handed us to them to process us for court and put us into prison custody with no proven evidence. They brought the Adom TV crew to the police station to capture us as criminals with the allegation that we had embezzled Gh ¢1,080,000.00, the exact amount we had paid to the chiefs, which management admitted in their statement to the police, and this was aired on Adom TV. They did everything within their power to deny us bail but God intervened.

Inspite of this allegation by NLA they are facilitating the registration of the said Land which is
contrary to their allegation that we had not acquired any Land. However, the Land is being
registered without the involvement of the staff whose money are being used to pay for the cost of
the Land.

We find it strange that for close to two years, management of NLA now find it prudent to issue a
disclaimer if not for their treacherous act to keep destroying our lives.

We know that we have not acted in any way to create employment losses to NLA!!!

We know that we have never acted in any way to bring NLA into disrepute!!!

We know that we have not stolen anything from NLA whilst in office for which they know deep
within themselves!!!

If the publication conveys to the good people of Ghana that we have engaged in any wrong doing,
we want to state categorically that the contrary is the case rather we were pursuing the welfare of
our members.

The general public should ignore the publication. We wish to state clearly that we are taking the
appropriate steps to ensure that what they have done to us is reversed. We want to tell NLA that our silence does not represent our admission of guilt....we know that we started a project and whiles at home we are giving all necessary support to finalise the land registration. We are professionally trained problem solvers but not witch hunters and criminal conspirators. Shocking revelations are yet to come..........
