BA NDC Forms Anti-Party Group

A highly agitated group from within the NDC in the Brong Ahafo Region has emerged threatening to campaign against their party (NDC) in the upcoming general elections.

The group which is led by a vociferous and staunch member of the NDC, Bismarck, alias Bombisman has sworn to make sure the NDC loses the Brong Ahafo Region, since according to him, they have been disappointed by the NDC in the region.

Bismarck stressed that the enthusiasm with which they campaigned for the party in the run-up to the 2012 general elections will be used to campaign against them come 2016.

He said some of them did put their noses on the grindstone for the party to win in the region but sadly after the election, they have been totally neglected and treated like outsiders.

According to him when the NDC came to power, they expected the party to acknowledge their efforts but nothing of the sort happened.

He said all the promises given by the leadership of the party, like getting them jobs and loans to establish their own businesses have not been fulfilled.

Bismark challenged the party stewards like Alhaji Collins Dauda, Minster of Local Government and Rural Development, Nii Lantey Vanderpuiye, Deputy Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, Justice Adjei, B/A Deputy Regional Minister, Oppong Kwasi Ababio, Sunyani MCE, Elvis Afriyie Ankrah, former Minister of Youth and Sports and Yaw Boateng Gyan former National Organizer of NDC to come out and confirm or deny that members of the group did not play key roles in the 2012 elections.

He said Mr. Collins Dauda in particular appealed to him to come to his constituency to campaign for him during the 2012 elections.

Bismarck lamented that the most annoying and heartbreaking part is that during the campaign, anytime you called them they would quickly pick their phones and politely speak to you but after they had won, they snubbed your calls. The group consisting of about five hundred young men and women vowed to ensure that the NDC loses in 2016.
