The Judicial Committee set up by the Chief Justice Mrs. Georgina Wood has sanctioned the indicted judges who were caught on cameras of ace investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas and his Tiger Eye Private Investigation Company.
The Judicial Council in September suspended 22 circuit court judges and magistrates following a damming video evidence detailing bribery in the judiciary.
Meeting up with the press in Accra, the Judicial Committee found some judges culpable of receiving bribes and has dismissed them from the judicial service.
According to Peace FM's Reporter, Agya Kwabena, Some of the judges were removed with their end of service benefits intact, but others were not given.

Benjamin Y. Osei - Juaben Circuit Court Seyram T. Y. Azumah - Akropong Circuit Court Florence K. Ninepence Otoo - Tema Circuit Court Isaac Akwantey - Circuit Court, Wa Alex Obeng Asante - Circuit Court, Tarkwa Emmanuel K. Sunu - Circuit Court, Bolgatanga Baptist Kodwo Filson - Circuit Court, Bibiani Emmanuel Opare - Circuit Court, Techiman
Magistrate Court Judges
Samuel Ahiabor - Magistrate Court, Adidome William Baffoe - Magistrate Court, Cape Coast Albert Zoogah - Magistrate Court, Ashaiman Michael Boamah Gyamfi - Magistrate Court, Mamponteng Jacob Amponsah - Magistrate Court, Ejisu Frank Kingsley Oppong - Magistrate Court, Kasoa Paul K. Alhassan - Agona Magistrate Court Courage Ofori Afriyie - Offinso Magistrate Court Alfred K.A. Mensah - Somanya Magistrate Court
The above mentioned names have been sacked and will not receive any compensation; Peace FM's Reporter Agya Kwabena told Peace News in the 6pm news bulletin.
He also noted that the Committee decided to issue a note of warning to Judges Courage Ofori Afriyie and Alfred K.A Mensah of the Magistrate Court because they could not be directly linked to the bribery case.
Meanwhile hearing was not made on the case involving Justice Uuter P. Dery and Justice John Ajet-Nasam due to their pending cases in court.
The five member committee, chaired by Justice Sophia Adiyira, that investigated the matter, submitted its work to the Judicial Council today [Monday] upon which the decision to suspend them was taken.
Some 22 lower court judges and 12 High Court judges were captured in Anas’ two-year investigative piece, allegedly taking bribes to influence justice.
