Kasapafmonline.com can authoritatively say that former Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Dr Arthur Kennedy is most probable to be the next bigwig to be suspended from the party

This news outlet is reliably informed that a group of NPP activists have just petitioned the Disciplinary Committee (DC) of the party to exact disciplinary measures against Dr Kennedy for misconduct.

The group has attached various publications made by the medical doctor which has exposed both the party and its leader Nana Akufo Addo to public ridicule. Dr Kennedy is expected to be invited before the DC in the coming days to respond to the issues raised against him.

The deputy general secretary of the Party, Nana Obiri Boahene confirmed this on Kasapa FM Friday.

The National Executive Committee of the NPP on Thursday indefinitely suspended its general secretary Kwabena Agyepong and Second Vice Chairman Sammy Crabbe for acts the party said were not in its interest.

Meanwhile, Dr Arthur Kennedy has said he now has no respect for flagbearer of the party Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo. According to him, Nana Addo has not shown leadership in uniting the NPP which has been hit with internal bickering over the last year.

“No, I don’t respect Nana Addo,” Dr. Kennedy responded to a question by Morning Starr host Nii Arday Clegg in an interview Friday.

He added: “I do not think that he is a respectful democratic leader and someone who respects democracy…if you ask me from the bottom of my heart whether I respect Nana Akufo-Addo as a leader then I will say no, I don’t, I respect him as an elder of the party.”
Dr Kennedy’s comment comes after the punitive measure meted against the two national executives.
