AUDIO: AMERI Have No Offices, They Cannot Be Found - VG Editor
Africa and Middle East Resource Investment (AMERI) seems to be a ‘Ghost company’ per the findings of a Norwegian newspaper.
Editor of the Norwegian newspaper, Amund Bakke Foss says their investigations so far on the AMERI-Ghana indicates the country might have signed the deal with a non-existent company.
According to him, a webpage that was in their name was created two months before the signing of the contract.
In addition, “they have no offices in the places they said they have office. Omar himself is gone…”
These discussions follows a publication by www.ve.no that Ghana signed a deal with a Pakistani Norwegian named Umar Farooq Zahoor, CEO of AMERI Group; who allegedly is wanted by the police.
