National Organiser of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kofi Adams says their expectations for the Amenfi West by-election ‘are being met’.

Even though the final results have not been finally declared, he is confident that NDC will come out victorious.

“So far everything is moving on smoothly. Our expectations so far are being met and we are okay with the results…we are confident of victory...from here, we will take the victory to the 2016 elections…” he said in an interview on PEACE FM news @ 6

Voting has ended in the by-election in Amenfi West in the Western Region. Counting is underway and results from some of the constituencies have already started trooping in.
