The District Chief Executive [DCE] of the Offinso North District, Hon Samuel Kojo Appiah Kubi has dared his Member of Parliament, Augustine Collins Ntim to make public his Master’s degree certificate after describing him as a “senseless” lawmaker.

This follows comments made by the MP at his fundraising campaign lunch at Akomadan some weeks back that Samuel Kojo Appiah Kubi is not knowledgeable and not to fit to be an MP in future.

In his rebuttal, Samuel Kojo Appiah Kubi noted that he has evidence to prove that the NPP lawmaker is using a “fake” master’s degree certificate.

“What kind of knowledge is he talking about? I thought he would talk about sense .when we talk about knowledge he [Augustine Collins Ntim] should not go there because he doesn’t match me. He has question marks over his attainment of knowledge and the certificates he is holding,”

“…Collins Ntim is not the person he is saying he is. He has no master’s degree. I am telling you on this station and he can take me to court, even the first degree that he has is questionable” he fumed in an interview with Cruz FM

Appiah Kubi also alleged “I can tell you the Ntim uses his share of his Common Fund for his own personal use”.
