Sekondi Hassacas have declared seven of their players redundant. The ill-fated players include Kelvin Asamoah, Isaac Asamoah, Peter Essien, Acquah Harrison, Richard Okran, Nii Aryee and Robert Ayittey.
A source told Daily Guide sports that the club had officially written to the affected players urging them to find clubs for next season. The club, he said, have also viewed not to sell any of its key players to any local club as they seek to make a positive impact in next season�s Glo Premier League.
The Sekondi-based clubs escaped relegation last season and are hoping to improve upon their performance.
