Sulley Muntari linked with China move

Ghana midfielder Sulley Muntari has been linked with a move to the Chinese Super League. Ghanasportsonline.com can report.

The 32-year-old has attracted interest from several Chinese Clubs who are battling for the signature of the former Inter-Milan midfielder.

Muntari who joined Saudi Arabian Club Al Ittihad has been able to make 12 appearances for the Pro League side since moving from Italian Club AC Milan.

The former Portsmouth midfielder could be on his way to join Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan who plays in the Chinese Super League for Shanghai SIPG.

The former Udinese midfielder is currently serving an indefinite suspension from the Black Stars team after his disruptive behavior towards former Ghana Football Association executive committee member Moses Armah Parker during Ghana’s campaign at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil where he was involved with a brawl with the football administrator.
