A 21-Year-Old Woman Froze To Death After Leaving A Party In Shorts
A young woman reportedly froze to death after leaving a party in subzero weather while wearing shorts and a tank top. Elizabeth Luebke, from Oshkosh, Wisconsin, 21, also went by the nicknames Lizzy and Lana.
According to Fox 6 Now, she went to a concert in Milwaukee and then went to a house party.
