Ayew has been fouled 49 times, just one behind the Senegalese international.
Tottenham’s Dele Alli and Ross Barkley of Everton are placed third and fourth on the rankings after being fouled 46 times each.
Wilfred Zaha has been the subject of 45 fouls with in-form Chelsea offensive midfielder Willian enduring 44 fouls. Most fouled Premier League players.
