I blame both the board and management for Hearts woes - Polo

Ex-Accra Hearts of Oak and ex-Black Stars' play-maker, Mohammed Polo has launched an attack on both the board and management members of Accra Hearts of Oak for their recent poor performance and for failing to appoint the right man for the coaching job after he was sacked.

He claimed Herbert Addo wasted time to destroy the club when he left the coaching job and now it is the turn of a Japanese coach who have also failed even though the league is yet to kick start in middle of February.

The dribbling magician added there a lot of coaches in the system that Hearts could fall on any but decided to bring a physical Japanese trainer who is yet to handle a bigger club like Hearts of Oak.

“After I left the coaching job, Herbert came and destroyed everything I had worked for at the club, and now the Japanese coach is doing same.

"Others are saying he should go while others believe they should give him some time to stay.

“They are all in a confusion state. Are they not their own enemies? Why should Hearts be suffering like that? he asked.

Polo is charging both the board led by Togbe Afede XIV and management to make up their mind and know what is good for them.

“I blame both the board and management for failing to do what is right.

“They went to their shell holders meeting and Togbe Afede told them his peace of mind and they accepted their fault,” he revealed.
