Making Highlife Is Easier Than Gospel Ofori Amponsah

Highlife musician turned pastor, Ofori Amponsah, aka Mr. All4Real has said that making highlife music is way easier than doing gospel music.

He told Efiada Mbosuo host DJ Willie on Adom FM that “in terms of creating music, highlife comes to me easier than gospel music”, adding that “gospel music was just something I wanted to do but my main stay is still highlife.”

Ofori Amponsah, who has recently earned the name Pastor Alewa, shocked the world with his unexpected return to highlife music, marked by the release of his new single “Alewa”, a song that praises his ideal woman as the Queen of Sheeba.

Meanwhile, at the time he turned to God, he told the world that ideal women don’t exist, such allusions in his previous songs were just for promotional purposes.

He now pastors his own church but he has been making the rounds to secular events singing his new “Alewa” song.

Contrary to what he said about his previous highlife songs, he is now saying that God has blessed him with the gift to do highlife songs so he will focus on that and do more highlife songs alongside his pastoral work.

stressed that he will not worry himself singing gospel music because what he is good at is highlife music so he will do more of that.

The man best known for his 'Otoolege' hit said he aims to match up to or beat the big Ghanaian secular musicians like Sakordie, Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale and others in order to stand out.
