Women Urged To Develop Positive Attitude To Work

Nana Owusuaa II, Queenmother of Obuoho near Anum Apapam in the Eastern Region, has urged women to develop a positive attitude towards their work.

“Women should also endeavour to explore the numerous opportunities that come their way,” she said.

Nana Owusuaa was speaking at a Parent Teacher Association (PTA) meeting of the Maa Lizzy Preparatory School, a Mission School of the Christ Apostolic Church in the Ayensuano District.

She said: “With the right attitude and the willingness to work hard, one would be preparing one’s self for the road to success in life”.

Nana Owusuaa encouraged women to develop the right attitude to excel and avoid the negative perception that women were not good entrepreneurs.

She pointed out that women should endeavor to strive to get to the top of their careers.

Prophetess Elizabeth Quayeba Abredu, Founder of the school, encouraged women to exhibit the right professional
attitude in every task they undertook.

According to her, most of the young girls spent a lot of time on social media such as “whatsApp” and, therefore, urged them to use those tools not only for leisure but to increase their knowledge to be on top of their profession.

Prophetess Abredu urged the youth to continue to develop themselves by reading extensively in the area of their profession, saying, they should also not relent in their quest to become entrepreneurs.
