The leader of al-Shabaab's Kenya cell has threatened to storm the east African country's State House, a new video released by the group's media agency claims, according to reports.

The group's leader, Ahmed Iman - who is also a former engineering student at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) - said they would erase all the colours of the national flag at State House except the red one as a symbol of the coming onslaught, The Star reported.
