Fire has gutted the Kumasi Central market. The fire which started Friday morning has reportedly razed down over 50 shops.

It is unclear what sparked the blaze and which portion of the market has been affected.

This is the umpteenth time fire is destroying the Central Market.

Personnel of the Fire service have reportedly arrived at the scene helping to put out the blaze.
