Prophet Daniel Obinim and Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah who have recently been involved in heated arguments over who was a "clean man of God" have pledged to ceasefire.
They have rather agreed to become each other’s keeper other than being at each other’s throat. Obinim who is the founder and leader of God’s Way International Church and Owusu Bempah who is also the founder of Glorious Word Ministry International agreed on their new move in a radio programme on Atinka FM on Wednesday.
Prophet Obinim on his part said he has respect for Reverend Owusu Bempah because he is an experienced man of God.
He said he bear no grudge against him and don’t want to argue anymore saying what happened between them should remain in the past.
He pleaded with Rev Owusu Bempah to allow them to "bury the hatchet" since he even has a good relationship with fetish priests, why then do I have to harbor ill feeling against someone who shares my christian faith, he said.
Reverend Owusu Bempah on his part conceded that he doesn’t hate Obinim and that he only expressed his opinion about his claims of being "endowed with spiritual gifts that allow him to transform into snakes and other forms of animals."
‘’My view was that I have never come across any man of God in the bible who turned into a snake to bite someone. I never insulted Obinim so if he wants us to smoke the pipe of peace, i have accepted his plea. I want to use this platform to reunite with Obinim.’’
