A 25-year-old palm wine tapper has been arrested by the Assin Fosu Police command for defiling a 14-year-old girl.

According to a report by Peace FM's Oscar Adawu Dadzie, the palm wine tapper named John Aban is said to have pounced on the school girl while she had closed from school and heading home.

He forced to have sexual intercourse with her but the girl managed to lose herself from his grips.

Oscar Dadzie reported that the 14-year-old girl held and pulled strongly the manhood of her attacker, and shouted for help.

Natives who heard her screams rushed to her rescue and reported the alleged rapist to the Police.
