The lyrical feud between sensational rappers M.anifest and Sarkodie seem to have taken another turn as the general secretary of NDDC has added his voice to the beef in an exclusive telephone interview with MiM radio in Accra.

The Secretary who is popularly known as Mosquekito described the beef as Tom and Jerry cartoon fight. He explained that “M.anifest the son of astute lawyer Gyata Tsikata is as intelligent as his father, no two ways about it, the gentleman is an intellectual, more than a mere rapper among his peers and there is no way Opana who only brags can compare himself to him -  even the deaf and dumb knows that”.

When asked who Opana is, General replied “the blind does not need to look into a mirror to confirm he is blind”, he further revealed he loves hip hop music and other genre of Ghanaian music especially high life and gospel and some of his favourite musicians include Mzbell Bisa Kdei, King Ayisoba, Ohemaa Mercy, Bukom Banku and Shatta Wale.

When asked whether he had listened to both songs, He laughed and replied “small boys are young”, I used to rap during my secondary school days in Techiman and the General of Ghanaian politics surprisingly rapped and explained the first verse of godMC by M.anifest.

The General explained that the first line of the godMC He pulls up Screaming Hallelujah in a barracuda means M.anifest is in a car - a 1980s Benz 380 SEL which literally means he has been an Old money 'Dadaba' for a long time.”
