John Ntiaka, the 46-year-old man who was arrested by the Kwame Danso police in the Pru West District of the Brong-Ahafo Region for operating a clinic and a chemical shop in his bedroom without licence, has been granted bail by a magistrate court at Kwame Danso to reappear on August 14, 2016.
The fake doctor appeared in court on August 1 on charges of unlawfully operating a clinic and a chemical shop without licence as well as unlawful possession of firearm without authority.
He has therefore, been granted bail in the sum of GH¢10,000 with two sureties.
Meanwhile, the police say they have prepared a duplicate case docket to the Attorney General’s Department for advice.
