I Care Learning Center Holds Graduation Ceremony

The I Care Learning Center in Accra, SCC held a graduation ceremony for KG 2 pupils and Class 6 students of the school.

The theme of the ceremony was: “Quality Education When Foster With Care Promotes Peace And Unity,” saw Kindergarten Two, and Class Six students graduating at a beautiful and a colourful ceremony.

The graduands displayed fantastic cultural skills with wonderful presentation of inspirational quotes, especially the earlier students, aged between 2 to 5 years dressed in fancy apparel and colourful costumes, showcased their creativity through multicultural dance performances, Poetry, and other various cultural performance for which parents and invited guest could not help but give the kids a standing ovation at the end of the show.

Speaking at the ceremony Mr. Titus Ebo Arko, Director of the school, said quality education with care promote peace and unity to a better world because the solution of every problem in human life depends on the initiatives and capacities of human beings themselves.

Such that when we understand each other we will live harmoniously in diversity especially in this year election. He urged Parents to be conscious of the "kind of words they say in front of their wards and neighbor in as much as we all have our differences and opinions; we should be tolerance for the sake of our children and future leaders, that we should try and understand each other to be able to promote peace before, during and after the 2016 election."

He inspired parents by indicating how I Care Learning Centre has served all manner of students regardless of race, colour or faith, which is the core pillar upon which the school will continue in its service to humanity.

According to him, management of the school will continue investing in the school and creating more programmes to enable bring out the talents in the students so that the needed results will be achieved.

He assured parents that the noble institution is blessed with experienced and qualified teachers, of which most of them are graduates from the University of Ghana, University of Cape Coast and the University College of Education, Winniba.

He said, the institution scored 100% in the 2015 BECE and has been the trend since they started writing the BECE since 2013. He anticipate an over whelming victory in the 2016 results which the school presented 20 candidates.  

The Director advised parents to collaborate with the school to help develop their children. “Parents’ little contribution will help the students and the school makes a difference and the children achieve their goals.”

He further added that parents should continue to encourage their wards to participate in numerous programmes organized by the school to unearth their talents.
