Kotoko Coach worried about teams profligacy in front of goal

Kotoko Coach Michael Osei is worried about his side’s inability to convert their goal scoring chances in the League this season.

The Porcupine Warriors are in contention for the League title after missing out to Ashanti Gold last season.

Kotoko are fourth on the table with 41 points with four matches to go.

Michael Osei wants his side’s to be more efficient in the remaining matches of the League.

“We wanted to win to improve our position. It’s sad we didn’t win but we’ve to be okay with one point. We will go back, work hard for the three points in the next game,” he told Asantekotokosc.

“We must work on our finishing” Michael Osei stressed before courageously admitting that, Kotoko’s scoring form isn’t impressive.

“We are lacking in the striking department. We’ve to work hard on finishing. The strikers are doing well, but how to get the ball into the net is the problem,” he said.

Kotoko will host Berekum Chelsea at the Babayara Sports Stadium on Sunday.
