I'm Not Evil And A Prophet of Doom - Rev. Owusu Bempah Tells George Lawson

The Founder and Leader of Glorious Word International, Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah, says he will not trade insults with the Deputy Chief Scribe of the ruling NDC after the politician tagged him as a ‘lunatic’.

He wonders why the NDC man will label him as ‘evil’ for his declaration that some individuals are plotting to assassinate the flagbearer of the opposition New Patriotic Party [NPP].

Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah, revealed that there are some elements in the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) who are plotting to kill Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

He also noted that, some stalwarts in the elephant fraternity, especially, those around the flagbearer are also embarking on the same mission but warned that whoever tries to do such a thing spiritually, will incur his wrath.

According to him, those plotting Akufo-Addo’s death have tried on several occasions in the spiritual realm to achieve their objective but God has always protected the opposition leader from such trappings.

This triggered George Lawson who described Rev. Owusu Bempah’s prophecy as “devilish” – adding that, “Rev. Owusu Bempah is working for the devil and not for God, his prophecies are always based on dooms befalling the country as this is not how prophets of God go about their duties”.

However, the far-sighted preacher on NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’ gave instances in the Holy Book to back his prophecy and maintained that – “I am not evil. I am not a prophet of doom”.

“I am disappointed in George Lawson, I never mentioned his name and never insulted anyone. So why is he insulting me? That is so unfair. I can retaliate but that is uncultured,” he lamented.
