We Wont Allow That Short Man To Be President - NDC Youth Organizer

National Youth Organizer of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sidi Abubakar has said that the youth of the party will not relent on their efforts to ensuring that President John Mahama is retained as the President of the country.

Speaking at the launch of the party's 2016 Manifesto at the Sunyani Coronation Park in the Brong Ahafo Region, the youth organizer said they will do everything possible to make sure that President Mahama is retained including losing their lives for President Mahama.

According to him, this year’s election is about the future of the youth of the country and that the youth are the right people to decide and therefore it is incumbent on all to make sure Mahama is not kicked out of power.

“We will do everything possible to retain Mahama. We won’t allow that short man (Akufo Addo) to be President because we know that Ghanaians will be safer under the leadership of Mahama because they have nothing to offer the youth of the country,” he stated.

He is of the firm belief that the NDC will achieve more than 57 percent of the votes after the 2016 polls.

Describing Nana Addo’s leadership style as old fashioned, Sidi Abubakar noted that “Nana Addo’s time is over and that the only person Ghanaians must trust is Mahama”.
