Dr. Nduom Charges Ghanaians To Make The Right Choice On Election Day

The 2016 flagbearer of the Progressive People's Party (PPP) has called on Ghanaians to make the right choice come December 7 and warned them against the consequences of repeating the mistake they made last four years that has brought the country's economy to its current state.

Addressing a mammoth gathering at the Kawukudi park in Accra, the 'Doer' as he is affectionately called said Ghanaians cannot afford another four years of a sinking economy and bad leadership and for that matter should make the right choice.

"Voting is not a one day affair. If you vote for the right leadership, you would benefit for 4 years but if you vote for the wrong leadership, you would suffer for 4 years. Make the right choice" he stated.

Dr Nduom who energised the support base of the PPP also convinced Ghanaians to shift attention from the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in terms of their votes to that of the PPP in this year’s elections.

He further stated that because we continuously vote for the NDC, they have taken us for granted, and do not even respect us. According to him “if we want to see real progress and development, we need to vote for the PPP so that progress will come with our thumbs on the right candidates for the right job,” he said.

“Voting is not a one-day affair. The results of the votes we cast bring positive or negative effects, lasting for four years. We Ghanaians cannot continue to waste our votes on the wrong candidates. I believe that we waste our vote by voting for someone just because they come from the same tribe or due to blind party loyalty. We must vote with the hope that we get positive results that transform our lives for the better, not for one day but for four whole years and beyond,” he said.
