Politics Can Never Be Calm I Act In A Boiling Mood Sanja Nanja

Embattled NDC Member of Parliament (MP) for Atebubu-Amantin, Hon Sanja Nanja who was barred by Atebubu Traditional Council says he needs no clearance from the council before he embarks on his campaign to be retained as MP.

He told NEAT FM’s mornings show host, Nana Yaw Kesse that – “Politics can never be calm, I act in a boiling mood. If you allow yourself to be intimidated, then you will lose...”

His comment comes after the Brong Ahafo National Democratic Congress (NDC) and some national executives of the party defied the Atebubu Traditional Council by launching Sanja Nanja’s campaign.

The traditional authority has earlier announced a ban on Sanja Nanja from active campaign and other activities in the Atebubu Traditional Area.

The mutual relationship between Sanja Nanja and the Council went terrible after the MP was accused of insulting and disrespecting the Atebubu Queen mother.

He is reported to have called Nana Donyina a drunkard on radio after she accused him of being behind disturbances in the area.

The Council said Mr Nanja had disrespected the queen mother.
