South African minister of health, Aaron Motsoaledi has sent a warning to the young girls of the country to be wary of men who take it to the dancing floor too much at parties because they have small penises.

Speaking to African news, he said:
“They appear to have a lot of money and drink expensive whiskies so it's easy for young girls to fall for them. They also like taking center stage and dancing on top of tables, they just love to be seen. Stay away from them, they will give you AIDS with their small penis.”

Adding that, the young girls should also be vigilant and use condoms to avoid contracting STDs and unwanted pregnancies. He further warned men with small penis to stay away from young girls.

“We are watching you, stay away from your kids.”
