The final event of this year�s Miss Malaika beauty pageant is scheduled to take place on Saturday November 14 at the Accra International Conference Centre.
This year has not been any different as the 10 beautiful delegates have embarked on several exciting adventures since the competition was outdoored.
The contestants, who made a trip to South Africa last week, have returned home to prepare for the final event which will feature seasoned music icons Sarkodie, Bradez, 4X4, Wande Coal and the Mo�Hits Squad.
During the trip to South Africa, the contestants visited some important tourist sites including the residence of the former South African president, Nelson Mandela. The object of the trip was to offer the contestants a fantastic opportunity to learn about Eco-Tourism in South Africa.
The search for the �Most Beautiful Girl in Ghana� is sponsored by KIA, MTN, Darling, First Choice, Gino, UB and Forever Easy. Miss Malaika 2009 is produced by Charterhouse.
This year�s winner will take home a brand new KIA Cerato, courtesy Rana Motors, a GH�4,800 annual salary and GH�1,200 worth of talk time courtesy MTN, a year�s supply of hair extensions, cosmetics, wardrobe and a whooping GH�15,000 promotional contract, also with MTN.
In addition, the winner will work as a malaria ambassador with the National Malaria Control Board and as a charity icon for Ghana�s number 1 network, MTN.
