The feeding grant for Teacher Trainee Association of Ghana (TTAG) has finally been released, Kasapafmonline.com can confirm.
The National Commission for Tertiary Education (NCTE) has confirmed cheques shall be forwarded to the various colleges across the country by Monday 5th June, 2017.
The association has in recent times intensified its call on the Ministry to release funds for their feeding grants, which has been in arrears for some three semesters.
But a circular by the leadership of the TTAG to all its members and sighted by Kasapafmonline.com said latest by Wednesday, 8th June, the grant will hit the colleges’ account.
The grant released will cover level 100s one semester, level 200s one semester, level 300s two semesters and one semester for newly trained teachers, the association said.
The TTAG has therefore implored all its members across the country to remain calm and be rest assured that they will not stop at nothing “until we finally receive the money”
