According to Robert Osei, a photographer of By His Grace Photo Studio who visited the scene immediately after the incident, a young hair dresser who had just graduated and was having a drink after a hard days work had all her teeth knocked out as a result of the accident. The khebab seller was said to have closed for the day, but upon a request from the little girl he quickly rushed to get some meat to roast when the unfortunate event occurred. According to the police, the khebab seller had an object stuck in his eye and his legs chopped off. The police told Daily Guide that the driver of the said pay loader lost control of his steering, resulting from break failure, when the vehicle got to a curve. The vehicle thus crushed into the storey building which housed several stores, including a drinking bar. When Daily Guide got to the scene on Monday evening, the pay loader had been removed.
