JB murder: Autopsy Report Presented to court

Dr Lawrence Edusei, the pathologist who carried out the autopsy on the late Member of Parliament for Abuakwa North, JB Danquah, who was murdered on 9 February 2016 has submitted the report to the court.

At the last hearing at the Accra District Court in January this year, Dr Edusei told the court his house was burgled in September 2017 and the computer which contained the autopsy report and thousands of other autopsy reports had been stolen by the thieves.

However, the lost autopsy report was on Thursday, 22 February 2018, submitted to the court on behalf of the pathologist.

The trial judge adjourned the case to 3 March 2018 after receiving the report.

Two suspects, Daniel Asiedu, aka Sexy Don Don, and Vincent Bosso, aka Junior Agogo have been arraigned for allegedly murdering the late MP.
