Sly calls for Muntari's return to the Black Stars

Black Stars most ardent supporter, Sly, has called for the inclusion of midfielder Sulley Muntari for next month's African Cup of Nations. The Inter Milan star was axed from coach Milovan Rajevac's 23-man squad for the tournamernt in Angola for alledged indiscipline. Sly, who has travelled to see most Black Stars matches since the 1990s, says the enforcers has learnt his lessons well. Even though he ardent football fan doesn't condone indiscipline, Sly says Muntari will augment the squad as the action has sent a strong signal. "I do not support any indiscipline in any form because football thrives on discipline," Sly told Ghanasoccernet. "The action taken of Muntari has punished him enough and has sent the message to him and all players that this will not be condoned. "The fact is we need all our best players for the tournament because we want to go to Angola to win the tournament. "Muntari has apologised, let's accept it and and take him to the tournament. We want our best players there." Ghana are in a tough Group B to play Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso and Togo.
