The General Manager of the Achimota Golf Club, Mr Kwabena Oteng-Aboagye has re-echoed the call on the workers of the Club to bury their differences and work together as a team to ensure the development of the club. He said unity and discipline played a very vital role in the development and promotion of every organization and that without the two, no organization, club or association can develop. Mr Oteng-Aboagye was speaking at the End-of-Year party organized for workers of the Club in Accra on Thursday. The Longest Serving Employee award went to Mr Attah Johnson, while the Overall Best Worker award went to Paul Donkor. The Best Worker - Administration Department went to Mr Joe Tetteh, the Best Course worker was won by Mr Kwadwo Amarlie, the Best worker for the Security Department went to Moses Tomani while the Best Bar Attendant award went to Alex Opoku. Mr Oteng-Aboagye advised the workers to change their attitude to work and ensure that they put up better performance by cutting cost and improving effectiveness as well as efficiency. He advised the caddies to take up their education very seriously to enable them to become professional golfers in the coming years.
