Inusah Fuseini Bows Out Of 2020 Election

Member of Parliament for Tamale Central and the Former Minister of Roads and Highways, Alhaji Inusah Fuseini, has indicated that he will not contest re-election come 2020.

According to the Tamale Central Member of Parliament, he has served his constituents for 12 years and has done enough for his constituency.

He declared: “I have served my constituency for about 12 years and I have been one of the longest serving MP and so I will like to announce that I Inusah Fuseini will not contest the 2020 elections as an MP”.

He indicated that the announcement was for the party to have enough time to select a suitable candidate who would be able to retain the seat for the party come 2020.

Alhaji Inusah Fuseini thanked the leadership of the party in the Northern Region and supporters for their support.

He said: “Even though I won’t contest the 2020 elections, I will still contribute my part to bring back the party to power in 2020”.

He made this known when he was addressing party supporters and elected constituency executives of the NDC party in the region at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium.

The Tamale Central MP urged NDC supporters in the region to stay united and fight for the party to kick out the ruling NPP party out of government in 2020.

Alhaji Inusah Fuseini was elected as the Member of Parliament for the Tamale Central constituency in 2006.
