Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta has paid glowing tribute to the late J.H. Mensah for his contribution to Ghana’s economy, saying his worth as a statesman is matchless.
The soft-spoken minister commended late Mensah’s during his presentation of the mid-year budget review to parliament on Thursday, 18 July 2018.
According to him – the country has “not seen exemplary an economist like him [J.H. Mensah] in this republic”.
Mr Mensah died in the early hours of Thursday, 12 July 2018. He was 89.
