Ghanacelebrities.com was very disappointed when we were informed about the load of tripe Ms. Lydia Forson spewed at us recently. Though her repeated unprovoked tirades were not made directly to us, nonetheless, we unfortunately caught wind of it. The first round of unwarranted outburst came as a result of a brief write-up on the outfit Ms. Forson wore to the �A Sting in a Tale� premiere last November. There was absolutely nothing disrespectful or offensive in the article in question. All we did was point out her garish makeup which was evident in numerous photos (on various sites as well) and some readers pointed out that faux pas as well. However, we were undecided about the dress and posed the question to the readers, who responded with some well, not so pleasant comments. Ms. Forson�s second rant hinges on slander as we were not the original source of the article in question. As hinted earlier, we are affiliated with other sites thus, share files at times. Ms. Forson after reading an article captioned �Lydia Forson Kicked Out As Host Tv3 Mentor� unleashed some unpleasant remarks blaming us for an article we were not responsible for and accusing us of marginalizing her. Ms. Forson�s erratic unwarranted tirade should not have induce a modicum of reaction from us, but her second bolt of unprovoked tirade left us with no option than to publish this piece in response. The team at Ghanacelebrities.com is not a bunch of factorized puppet pursuing what's cool and what's not. We are individuals with diverse views and we are not afraid to express it. However, we are very much aware of the fact that we do not have the carte blanche to say and do whatever we want, in terms of proliferating gossip and sensationalizing facts. We do not dabble in tabloid journalism nor do we set out to be malicious. We make a rigorous effort to present facts to our readers as accurately as possible. Of course, there have been some slip-ups in the past; it�s a mistake we are determined to never repeat again. While we appreciate and admire her ability as an actress, her irrational actions have left a bitter taste in our mouth. It is effective to say that it has chipped off a huge lump of respect we once held for her as a celebrity and a force to be reckon with in the Ghanaian movie industry. Showbiz is a slippery slope when some aspects of reality are thrown out of the window, really. Someone can use a really nice chunk of reality check! Anyone? This basically sums up how we feel about the entire situation: Do we find Ms. Forson�s conduct revolting? Yes! Do we find her repeated unwarranted rants tiresome? Absolutely! Did the team member to whom she directed the bulk of her unwarranted tirade lose a wink of sleep over it? Nope! Will we publish a retraction of the articles in question? Nope! Not in a million years! Did Ms. Forson feel better after each unprovoked outburst? We doubt it. Is there anything we can do about it? Nope! Not even if we can!
