My Believe In Akufo-Addo’s Fight Against Corruption Has Soared - Kokofu

Former NPP Member of Parliament (MP) for Bantama constituency in the Ashanti Region, Henry Kwabena Kokofu says President Akufo-Addo does not owe anyone an apology and neither can he be questioned for removing the Energy Minister, Boakye Agyarko from office.

According to him this is a wake-up call for all appointees to be on track when transacting any government business on behalf of the State, because the President will act according to his words of not sparing any appointee of his government should they be found guilty of any financial misappropriation.

Kwabena Kokofu who spoke on UTV’s ‘Adekye Nsroma’ programme, described President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo as the coach of the nation who knows best on how the game should be played and the exact players needed to help the nation cross over to the other side.

He advised Ghanaians to stop accusing the President and leave him do his work as he hears and sees more than everyone does.

“The action taken by President Akufo-Addo against Boakye Agyarko has made me believe him more, because I can see his desire to fight corruption is perfect and high,” he said.
