Massive crowd of both young and adult sympathizers of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) and residents of Kumasi were, this morning, drawn unto the principal streets of Kumasi in the Ashanti Region during the *”Thank You Walk”* organized by the NPP Youth Wing led by the National Youth Organizer, Henry Nana Boakye, popularly known as Nana B.

The well organized and heavily attended *WALK* primarily aimed at thanking HE Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo for the massive infrastructural development across the country, particularly the tremendous facelift given major roads in the region.

In a colorful parade that accentuated the presence of the President in the region as he embark on a 4day tour, the youth wielded placards with varied inscriptions that included “Thank You Mr. President for NABCO... Thank You Mr. President for Youth in Afforestation...Thank You Mr. President for Free SHS” among others, as they moved from Bantama, through Bekwei roundabout to Adum and ended at Kumasi Jubilee park.

Speaking to the enthusiastic crowd, Nana B catalogued the impeccable and enviable records of the 18months old NPP government and described same as unprecedented and game changing.

“Although the Nana Addo led NPP government is relatively young, we can beat our chests and boast of life-changing initiatives, improved economy with bright prospects coupled with massive infrastructural development. What we have done in just 18months far outweighs the overall performance of the incompetent, insensitive and corrupt erstwhile NDC government led by Fmr. President Mahama”, Nana B added.

Nana B admonished the youth to keep faith with HE Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo and assured them that their desires to get jobs, career development opportunities and academic empowerment will be met in due time.

The event saw the active involvement of Lawyer Justin Koduah Frimpong(CEO of YEA), Hon Aboagye Okyem( MP, Bantama),Prof Ken Attafuah (CEO of NIA), Nana Agyemang Prempeh (Director General, NADMO),Dr. Gideon Boako (Spokesperson to the Vice President), Kwabena Ampofo Appiah aka Vyrus ( Managing Director, State Housing Company), Hon. Collins Owusu Amankwah (MP for Manhyia North), Hon Emmanuel Marfo ( MP, Oforikrom), Mr Francis Adomako (Ashanti Regional Organizer), Nana Ama Ampomah (Ashanti Regional Women’s Organizer), Nelson Owusu Ansah (Ashanti Regional Youth Organizer), and Michael Osei Boateng aka Pope (Brong Ahafo Regional Youth Organizer), Hon Alex Asante (DCE, Asante Akyim south) and many others.

Also in attendance were Constituency Youth Organizers and Deputies, Regional TESCON Coordinators, TESCON Executives and Members, Loyal Ladies, and NPP Youth Activists.
