There is growing tension at Aflao in the Volta Region as one Hope Sodjinshie, an Ex-Service man parading himself as an operative of the National Security has been accused of harassing innocent and law-abiding residents of Aflao. His latest victim is one Daniel Akpalu who he is alleged to have been given a dirty slap by Sodjinshie without any provocation at Aflao filing station about a week ago. According to Akpalu, whiles filing his tank at the fillings station, Sodjinshie, from nowhere came to give him a slap on his face in the full glare of customers and pedestrians. He therefore reported the matter to the Aflao Police who gave him Police Medical Form to be taken to the hospital. The Doctor�s report shows that Daniel Akpalu was assaulted. The Volta Regional Crime Officer is investigating the alleged assault. What is also not known is whether Hope Sodjinshie who claims to derive his powers from the office of the President is indeed a recognised operative.
