NDC Delegates Cannot Be Bought With Money - Newly Elected Youth Organiser

Newly elected National Youth Organizer of the opposition NDC, George Opare Addo has denied reports that he went round bribing delegates to solicit for their votes at their National Youth and Women Organizer’s delegates congress last weekend.

According to him their delegates cannot be bought as they voted for their preferred candidate.

Speaking on Okay FM’s 'Ade Akye Abia' programme, he added that he has seen pictures of some items and cash circulating on social media allegedly shared to delegates at the congress grounds.

Though he denied the allegations, he told sit-in host Kwame Agjetia that, some people could have done that without his knowledge.

"They believed in my transformational agenda and that is what I bring to the table as we go into election 2020," he added.

"What I want the New Patriotic Party to know is that the battle has just begun and we are coming in more prepared than ever.

"They should be prepared because we are waging on them come election 2020," he said.

The voting, which was held at the Pentecost Convention Centre at Gomoa Feteh in the Central Region saw the election of former Municipal Chief Executive of Akuapem North, George Opare Addo, as the National Youth Organiser of the NDC.
