Christmas: FDA To Prosecute Recalcitrant Food Manufacturers, Retailers et al
The Food and Drugs Authority(FDA) has cautioned all importers, manufacturers, supermarkets and retailers to comply with all FDA regulated products during the festive season.
According to the FDA, businesses whose activities expose the public to risk will be subjected to strict regulatory sanctions, including closure of premises and prosecution.
