The preliminary competition for the 2018 Miss Universe beauty pageant held on Thursday, 13th of December at the IMPACT Arena in Bangkok.

At the preliminary, the contestants showed off their swimwear and evening gowns to some judges in hopes to get them a spot in the semi-finals. Our African queens were also part of the preliminary process.
