The members of the Association of aides of the Regional Chairmen of the New Partriotic Party on Tuesday, 5th of February, 2019 presented awards to the CEOs who were outstanding in 2018.
Amongst these CEOs were the CEO of ECG, Buffer Stock and the registrar of the Scholarship secretariat.
During the presentation of the award to the CEO of Buffer Stock, Mr. Abdul Wahab Hanan said, he knowledged the award greatly with an overwhelming heart.
He emphasised that these though it's a service to the country, but, these forms of awards serve as a motivation for him to strive to do more for the sustainable development of our country.
He also mentioned that, when he learnt of the fair rating from members of the Association of aides of the Regional Chairmen of the NPP in January, 2019, it was quite refreshing knowing how it was largely accepted by the grassroots and nobody or no organisation refuted their unbiased outstanding performers awards.
He further stressed that as an institution, the Buffer Stock has a primary objective to deliver efficiently to all its clients and stakeholders. As CEO, Mr. Abdul Wahab Hanan together with his staff believe that in all situations their core mandate must be ensured and delivered.
Also, he knowledged that the buffer stock is one of the backbones to the proactive and wellbeing of the free SHS programme. In that order, they have been tasked to deliver quality efficient services to ensure the success of the free SHS programmes introduced by the NPP government.
With this at the back of theirs minds, they prioritise delivering very well and timely. And throughout 2018, they undertook a vigorous exercise to support all stakeholders and clients. Hence, this award.
He concluded by say and further, we should be assured of a better and much more proactive service, so instead of the 2nd best performer, he and his institution would be awarded the topmost outstanding performer in 2019.
