Trader Charged For Having Sex With His Daughter, 12
A trader who is accused of defiling his 12-year-old daughter at Baatsona on the Spintex road has appeared before an Accra Circuit Court charged with defilement.
King Arthur has however denied the offence.
The court presided over by Mrs. Rita Abrokwah Doko has admitted Arthur to bail in the sum of GH 20,000 cedis with three sureties.
One of the sureties should be a public servant within the Accra metropolis, the court has said.
It further ordered Arthur to report to the Domestic Violence and Victim’s Support Unit (DOVVSU) at Baatsona every Friday pending the outcome of the trial.
